Hello, my coffee-loving friends! Welcome to my review of the swanky SUMSATY Espresso Coffee Machine. As always, I’ll be giving you my honest opinion about this espresso machine, so you can decide if it’s worth the investment.
Let’s get to it!
My Star Rating

Barista-Level Coffee
First and foremost, you want an espresso machine that makes good-tasting coffee, or what’s the point? Thankfully, unlike some of the other coffee machines I’ve reviewed, this machine spits out a flavorful espresso every time.
So, if you’re looking for a coffee maker that will make the same quality coffees you get from local coffee shops, you’re in luck. And you also get the added benefit of not having to pay out a tear-jerking amount when you want a cup of joe.
Espresso Temperature
After I tried making a few espressos, I did notice one notable downside: the espresso wasn’t that hot. The taste was still great as I’ve mentioned, but the overall temperature didn’t meet the heat levels that other machines have.
Now, this wasn’t too much of an issue when I made cappuccinos and lattes; however, it was a problem when just drinking espresso shots.
If you planning on just making espresso and don’t care about the various other coffee concoctions, then it may be worth looking for another one.
Let’s Talk Appearance
This SUMSATY espresso coffee machine review wouldn’t be complete without looking at the appearance. Personally, I loved the retro look and believed it fit well in my kitchen. With that being said, it’s easy to see how the expresso maker could be an eye-sore in kitchens that have a contrasting style.
Also, if you’re not a big fan of the white version, there is a black one too.

How About The Size?
The product dimensions are: 6.02″ W x 12.6″ D x 12.9″ H. In my opinion, the size is pretty standard for espresso makers, so you can expect any machines you’re looking at to be roughly the same dimensions.
Grinder? What Grinder?
One of the main drawbacks of this expresso machine is its lack of grinding capabilities. Unfortunately, you’ll need to buy grounded beans or purchase a grinder alongside this machine.
If you don’t have much kitchen space, then go for it, as you can keep the grinder in a cupboard. Although, if you have the space, I’d recommend finding a coffee machine with a grinder – it just makes things easier!
The Ariete is a good option for this, so it may be worth you taking a look.
Cleaning
After using the machine for a couple of months, I did notice that the steaming wand wasn’t performing that well. This isn’t anything out of the usual, as most machines I’ve reviewed need to be thoroughly cleaned a few months in. Some vinegar did the trick.
When cleaning the entire machine, which took about an hour, it was back to full strength. Being able to fully remove the water tank helped a lot, so I have to give it points for allowing me to do that!
Finishing Up
Overall, I was happy with the SUMSATY Espresso Coffee Machine, and I hope my review reflects that. Some aspects can be improved, but for its price, I can’t complain too much!
